Napa Valley Hotel & Suites

Thank you so much...had a nice stay. Walking distance to the Uptown was the reason we stayed. The location to restaurants, bars and shopping was very convenient.

Liked: Location was awesome. We were early, but they had a nice room for us. Parking in the complex was a bonus.
Disliked: No negatives.

Bad customer service, rooms are...

Liked: Close to downtown
Disliked: We got locked out of our hotel room around midnight. The only attendant there did not have a universal key card to let us into our room, and stated that the room we received sometimes has problems with the door to let people in. He also said that we would have to wait for the owner to let us into the room. The owner came 2 hours later (around 2am) and when he came, he unlocked our door without our knowledge and was extremely rude. He yelled profanities at us, and even stated that he did not want to come to let us into our room because he, “Did not care.” He stated that we could get a full refund, but have not been able to contact the property about receiving it. They have been ditching my calls and I am now resorting to this review. DO NOT stay here.

Disliked: The pool was too darn cold and it was 95° out

Disliked: We were asked to pay a $50 deposit that was to be refunded onto our card at check out, this has not been refunded, very disappointed.

Liked: The receptionist, Geary, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave us the best recommendations for exploring Napa, and his helpfulness and genuine care made our stay truly special. We’ll definitely be coming back thanks to him.
