Napa Valley Hotel & Suites

Thank you so much...had a nice stay. Walking distance to the Uptown was the reason we stayed. The location to restaurants, bars and shopping was very convenient.

Liked: Location was awesome. We were early, but they had a nice room for us. Parking in the complex was a bonus.
Disliked: No negatives.

Disappointing

Liked: Front desk was amazing !!! Cleaning could've been better it's definitely not thorough and I'm sorry to say that I know the ladies are lovely but the sheets could use an upgrade!!! Bad there was stains our toilet stopped working 2 hrs into the visit and overflooded our bathroom. We tried to make it work and unclogged it ourselves lol

Liked: The front desk clerk was friendly.
Disliked: I requested a room on the first floor when I made the reservation back in December 2024. Hotel responded they could accommodate the request. However, at check-in, was given a room on the third floor that was almost as far away from the elevator that it could possibly be. Was told they had nothing left on the first floor. Also, light in the sink area was burnt out as was the one outside our door. Reported the light in the room that was burnt out and no one ever came to fix it. These things were very inconvenient and I don't think we would stay at this hotel again.

Liked: VERY thin walls and poor sound proofing. Could understand conversation from other rooms.
Disliked: Too noisy!

Disliked: The pool isn’t as welcoming as the online pics. It’s in the parking lot. Room safe dead, didn’t work.
