Liked: Love the location,. Great view of the river. Nice quiet location. Stay here often. Much better experience that the Archer and Andez.

Great views, Great location downtown

Liked: Prime location. Lots of great food around within walking distance. Great view over looking the river. Beautiful property. Very charming. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: There is a strong perfume odor in the hallways that is clearly masking an underlying musky odor. The rooms, while clean, could stand to be updated a little. The bed is on the softer side, which some may like, but I prefer a firmer mattress.

Disliked: Noise! If reading this DO NOT get a ground floor room. We had room 118 ground floor and the noise from above was awful!! We had a couple above us who did ‘aerobics’ from about 06.30 and the ceilings are paper thin! There was also no real ‘vibe’ in the hotel. It didn’t have hotel bar or proper foyer - weird vibe!! Hotel reception staff were very ‘dry’ and not particularly pleasant No breakfast available - just pastries from a next door bakery. Wouldn’t opt to stay here again - there are other better hotels in Napa.
