My stay was overall great,...

Liked: Staff was great and the common area was set up nicely, organized, and clean. Time Square is nearby and there are many shops there. Subway is also easily accessible from that location.
Disliked: The bathroom had signs of mold. They need a fan or a window to ventilate the bathroom.

Bad design for capsule/hostel

Liked: Mattress of the bed was good
Disliked: A lot: the upper capsule is quite hard to climb up. The bathroom is connected with each dorm. This makes it harder to go whenever your roommate is in since there is no public bathroom on our floor. The bathroom was also a bit smelly. Also you can’t use hair dryer after 9pm the quite hour because it is connected to the room. This is just stupid design. Since I checked in around midnight and directly went to bed, I didn’t checked the towel I received which was smelly. The staff refused to change for free on the second day. All other hostels I stayed provided free unlimited towels. The light was quite dimmed in capsule which makes it hard to see plus the black background. The check in information was not sent through the app or email, but only to my mobile phone number in Europe. The fully automated process made it so unfriendly. The common area was small. Overall my worst hostel stay in US.

Liked: I loved all the facilities. Having a bathroom for each room, fridge, microvave, common area... everything was great
Disliked: there is not enough space to store our luggages. Also not enough space to even open a bag. I found it hard open and close my suitcase every time i needed clothes. And packing and unpacking was hard as there was not enough space.
