Great stay close to Central...

Liked: Great place close to Times Square and Columbus Circle. Facilities were clean and organized.
Disliked: Check-in wasn't great, the code to the door sometimes didn't work, didn't enough spaces to lock luggage. Beds were not comfy. It can get hot in the rooms even with the fan on.

Liked: The hotel is simply perfect — cleanliness, location, service, and staff are all top-notch. I highly recommend it.
Disliked: It doesn’t happen all the time, but occasionally some guests can be disrespectful by talking loudly on the phone or playing music. Fortunately, the staff reacts quickly as soon as you let them know.

Disliked: One of the male receptionist barged in without notice. What if I was undressed? That made me uncomfortable
