Excellent location, friendly stuff, renovated...
Liked: Location, facilities, and customer service were great! The place is renovated and you can tell it's well kept. I like that the pods had a personal lamp, outlets, and mini fan. I stayed in a female dorm and everyone was quiet and respectful, and the entire floor was for females only which made me feel safer.
Disliked: The place is extremely clean and staff come to clean the bathrooms daily however, there was a certain smell in the bathrooms/rooms that was a bit unpleasant. Didn't seem to be related to cleanliness but maybe to the building itself? Also, make sure to specify if you want a top or bottom bunked; since the structure is made of metal and the stairs were not too wide, it hurt climbing in and out of the bed if you were barefoot or with socks, but that's just a minor detail.

Nice, cozy, calm, comfortable.
Liked: Excellent location. Tourist attractions, a huge selection of cafes, restaurants, shops are within walking distance. But when you enter inside, you find yourself in a quiet, cozy space. It is really comfortable here. After long walks, the best thing is a massage, which is on the 4th floor in the relaxation room. Reception guy, you're cool (not a robot;)

Unethical and hostile experience. Avoid...
Disliked: I was removed from this hostel at around 1:00 AM after complaining to a staff member in the common area. I did use the f-word, but not directed at anyone personally. but I did not yell, threaten, or disturb other guests in any way. There was no scene. I simply expressed frustration, as anyone would after feeling ignored and mistreated.Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff escalated it dramatically. The manager falsely claimed I had “caused a disturbance,” and proceeded to have me ejected without a refund. I had paid in full for my stay through Booking.com and had not broken any laws or hostel rules. This decision was made purely out of retaliation for speaking up.I am a female traveler alone, and they put me out on the street in the middle of the night — in New York City — with no WiFi, no SIM card, no way to charge my phone, and nowhere to go. It was not only unprofessional — it was reckless and dangerous. I was left completely vulnerable in a foreign city with no way to contact anyone or secure safe lodging. I ended up having no choice but to sleep on the New York City subway, an experience that no guest — especially a solo woman — should be subjected to because a business can’t handle negative feedback. When I contacted the police for support, the situation became even more disturbing. While the officers were speaking with the hostel staff, I witnessed the staff offer them free or discounted stays for themselves and their friends. The police accepted, and despite my calm demeanor and valid complaint, they escorted me out...
