It’s the second holiday that...

Liked: The location was great, close to my family and friends. Close to the high street for shopping.The staff was very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: The main thing that I didn’t like was the door downstairs that kept banging loudly every time someone left or entered the hotel.

Great little place

Liked: Dead relaxed. Called us and gave us the instructions. No issues. Lovely rooms. Clean, comfy beds. Lovely restaurant and Barnet and Hadley are fab. So accessible from King's Cross for the train.
Disliked: Air-conditioning would be good but had fans so just had them on all night.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff.Great location.Clean comfortable room.
Disliked: Not having a receptionist- when I checked out and left the building,I realised I'd left my bag in the room and couldnt get back in.Very stressfull talking to someone on an intercom to get a key out of the key safe.Code didnt work so had to be reset.
