Not your plain Jane hotel

Liked: The B&B breakfast was very good with a spinach feta egg bake and apple strudel. The room furnishings are very ecclectic. Unlike a chain hotel, I'm sure each room is uniquely decorated. Chatting in the morning at breakfast is a treat, getting advice from other road warriors.
Disliked: When it came the furnishings, the antique couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on. The exterior lawn area could use some sprucing up. Know there is a hospital next door so noise from an occassional emergency helicopter or ambulance may be heard.

Liked: The room decor was cozy and soothing, and the bed was soooo comfortable (and I have back issues). Marci, the owner and host, made sure her guests had whatever they needed, and she cooked a delicious, satisfying breakfast.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I couldn't stay longer. While the decor in some of the inn was a bit "busy," it was whimsical, lovely, and interesting. Instructions on how to use the tv remotes would be helpful.

Lovely B&B with a very...

Liked: Very whimsical decor - the owner/operator is an artist! Food was great, rooms were lovely. Our room had a nice soaking tub which was a lovely surprise. The hostess was very gracious and super friendly. Everything you would want from a B&B. Chicken coop on the property which was unique and fun to experience as a city dweller! Great location if you have business at the hospital which is directly across the street. This happened to be why I was there - my sister had business to attend to at the hospital related to her medical treatment. They have both a back and front patio with comfy seating - a lovely place to hang out in the morning and at the end of the day.
Disliked: Nothing - everything was great!
