Nice but boring.

Liked: It was clean and there was a pool.
Disliked: With no vehicle you have to use public transportation or Uber/taxi. Location wasn’t the best. Only place to eat nearby was the airport. Hotel dining wasn’t open.

Disliked: Off season so it was quiet but not much staff around or service available (cafe not open) minimal availability for house keeping)

Liked: The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The price, for Nantucket, was reasonable.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub were not usable. But we do understand it is off season.

Disliked: Shuttle into town doesn’t function well. Not enough times. Location is terrible—next to airport and far away from the city center.

Charming stay at the Nantucket...

Liked: I liked everything about this hotel. The room appointments are beautiful, the entire staff is very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle service was easy to use. It was also nice to have more space outside of the downtown area.
