A great boutique hotel for...

Liked: Very secure location, water was offered daily, and everyone was so nice and helpful. They have beautiful unique murals in the room and in the courtyard. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby so we were able to walk to breakfast every day.
Disliked: No elevator and we were on top floor. That was only downside.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Welcome and exit gifts were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

This place not only met...

Liked: They say “the attention is in the details” and this hotel nails it! We loved our stay at Na Na Vida. From the friendly staff to the mezcal on tap. We felt right at home in our room and had all the creature comforts one would need. The time they took curating the design of each room and common space really shows and the staff is there to meet all your needs, if you should have any. They even gave us parting gifts which was so unexpected but definitely appreciated. The neighborhood is great too and the hotel was located near numerous restaurants, bars, shops and parks. Would highly recommended and can’t wait to go back and stay here again.
Disliked: It didn’t bother us and they do mention it when you check-in and supply ear plugs, but depending on what room you are in you may be directly over a fun bar that does play their music fairly loud, mostly on the weekends. Again, it did not bother us and even added to the whole vibe of the place, however, I wanted to be transparent in my review so others are aware. If you are use to city living this will not be an issue for you and again everything about the hotel makes up for any inconvenience the noise may have for some people. Also, I highly recommended checking out that bar. It’s a total hole in the wall dive/ punky bar. Very cool.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was amazing. Before we arrived they sent a packet of all their personal recommendations for the neighborhood, and once we were there they had even more recommendations! They were so friendly and made our experience so special.

Birthday vacation

Liked: Very comfortable environment. They brought me a cake for my birthday. The staff was so amazing I loved every single one of them. They made my Birthday. I loved sitting having a mezcal or a coffee in the hotels resting areas. We had a great time. I will always stay here when I’m in Mexico City! The best staff!!

Liked: We loved the location. It’s walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my birthday special by putting flowers and a small cake in my room. I would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: This was the perfect place for our first time in Mexico City! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for food and activities. Julian checked us in and was so kind. The hotel was thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable; the room was spacious and had beautiful art. The area was super walkable - we walked pretty everywhere. We would love to come back!

Liked: Everything was great, the location is in a perfect pocket of Roma Norte. There is tea, coffee, snacks and Mezcal available 24/7 for free
Disliked: The internet wasn’t working and was not fixed during the stay
