Staff and cleanliness excellent!!!

Liked: Nice location. Close to lots of eateries.
Disliked: Should let visitors know there is no elevator. No problem for us but friends with limitations almost joined us

Fantastic boutique hotel in great...

Liked: Spacious rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff, funky Mexican art on the walls, rooftop patio, complementary drinks (including mezcal) and snacks.
Disliked: No breakfast but there is free coffee and sweet breads (and lots of places in the neighborhood serving breakfast/brunch).

Liked: The location was ideal, the staff was really helpful and the property was very cool. They even included some extras like coffee.

Great stay in Roma Norte

Liked: Friendly staff who are very helpful, generous gifts, great location and very spacious/clean room! The free water, drinks, coffee and snacks were also much appreciated.

Perfect base for Mexico City

Liked: The hotel and staff were perfect. We were showered with Mexican gifts and there was always a drink or a suggestion from staff. The rooms were spotless and in a great location for exploring Mexico City

Liked: Staff was amazingly attentive. The hotel is really cool and in a great location, very quiet and at walking distance from all of Roma and Condesa.
Disliked: We had a room just next to reception and it was a little noisy in the evening and mornings. The staff does its best to avoid this, let’s be clear, but it’s inevitable to some extent.
