The shift in atmosphere is remarkable—where there was once uncertainty, there’s now reliability, professionalism, and genuine care.Every detail matters here. The staff go above and beyond, ensuring guests feel respected and valued. They bring a level of attentiveness that’s hard to find elsewhere, constantly keeping the property in excellent condition. No issue goes unnoticed, and their responsiveness speaks volumes about their dedication.The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and outfitted with everything you need—a television, refrigerator, microwave, and ample space to settle in comfortably. Disliked: The only downfall is the smell that comes with Nampa while you're in the room you can't tell that it's even happening outside but they have to be factory and sometimes you smell the livestock but generally like I said you can't smoke when you're indoors and it's not maybe 1020% of the time

Disliked: Upon check in was informed of $100 deposit didn't know about. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The sheets on the bed were stained, the mattresses were wrapped in plastic so that any time you twitched it made a really loud noise making it almost impossible to sleep, and the sheets kept sliding off at the corners. The shower head was at the height for a midget. I am 5' 5" and I had to scrunch to stand under it. The hotel was under construction and the pool was closed, unaware of either when booking. Then upon checkout was informed that I would be getting charged for a used hand towel.

Liked: The staff was kind to me.
Disliked: The sink was clogged ,the TV didn't work and when they finally on my second night fixed it there was no sound.then I was charged for a stain on the sheets that could have easily been washed out.. I will never spend my money there again.

Disliked: There were no heavy curtains, and window from room was located directly by strong lights outside. I asked at reception for place them there, but they didn't do that (maybe that there was standard lite curtains, but they didn't helped to dark room).
