Disliked: About self checkin, a little bit difficult when I input booking code many time but it is not correct, dont know why. When I input the name, it works

Better than expected

Liked: The check-in was super easy, we did it in the "kiosk" and had no issues at all. The location is great, you are well connected to the U-bahn or walking distance to main attractions, bars, restaurants. The entry and our room were clean, everything super fine. It is a small hotel but honestly everything was good. We parked in Jakobsmarkt and they gave us a QR code in the end to get a 2€ discount per day.
Disliked: The little ventilator in our room was not enough!! It was so so so hot, we needed to open the windows all day/night and it still felt super hot. Honestly, given the recent temperatures, air conditioning is necessary. Also, I recevied like 10 messages from the hotel via Booking, about completing the registration through an independent link, otherwise they would cancel my reservation. It was super weird and I think this could lead to something else. Our reservation was fine, even without completing this thing.

Clean and cozy

Liked: Pretty much everything: the room was spacious and clean, and it had a second bedroom which made a long-term travel with my family very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been more substantial, but it was tasty, and the waiters were attentive and friendly.

Scam!!!!!!

Disliked: This hotel is a scam. The rooms were over 30 degrees Celsius. It was dirty, the toilet was clearly used, and the shower was disgusting. We turned around at the door and had to book a new hotel. Stay away from this hotel."Avoid this place at all costs!

Liked: The location was very good and it was in the aldtastadt.
Disliked: there were no air conditioner in the room, besides, there were a machine that blow wind but it was not effective. If your reservation dates are in hot days it can be a bad choice.
