Liked: The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping was cheerful and helpful.The pool was fantastic and relaxing.Everything was clean, and our breakfast each day was awesome.We will definitely return for another getaway. I will absolutely share our great experience with family and friends.

Accommodations don't match luxury vibe...

Liked: Terrific room. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: No microwave. In room coffee maker was cheap quality. Toilet ran continuously. Body wash/shampoo/conditioner was of lesser quality. Bathroom caulking was poorly done

This was my first disappointing...

Liked: Location & comfort was great.Breakfast was ordered from menu, very good & plentiful.
Disliked: Our first room the toilet was broken and would not fill properly, inner parts were old, flapper & arm decrepit.The 2nd room we had trouble with the room key activation. Had to return to front desk 3rd time for assistance & master key.
