Mystic Lake Casino Hotel

Really enjoyed it. Everything you need right there in one building. We had a great trip and will be back again.

The theater was nice, once you got past the airport security metal detectors, metal detector wand, and putting all pocket contents into a plastic tub.

Liked: The venue is located in this hotel, but that's it.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and don't ask me how I know the hair color of the previous patrons. Way too overpriced for minimal provided. The shower curtain was gross. There is no alcohol allowed in the rooms so be ready to be searched like a criminal at the airport when trying to get to your room. I had to find an outside vendor to be helpful with my questions.

Awesome stay and will be...

Liked: Awesome staff and very welcoming. Even went as far as letting me check in early because of the amount of things I was carrying from my conference. I have back issues and that helped without having to pay extra. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was good and letting me know about the dining as well, in case I got hungry.
Disliked: I think 140 is a bit much. I have a mystic card but don't even know how to use it to check for free stays or a discount rate.

Not worth the price

Liked: Convenient and clean.
Disliked: Our room was outdated, but they said it was going to be renovated soon. Staff not the friendliest, felt like I was an inconvenience to them.

Disliked: Internet prices are wrong.. motel states $160/night, I was charged $200 plus deposit of $50.Golf is listed at $140, I was charged $160.

Good

Liked: Room was great nice view over the golf course. Only bummer is no microwave to heat up the last bites of my fabulous meal from downstairs. So I powered through it and ate it cold. I did hit the pool hit the pool and used the sauna which you still use water over the rock.
Disliked: Pretty much just the no microwave thing
