The ONLY thing that I did NOT love was the height of the bed!

Liked: I particularly liked the view of the beach and ocean from the balcony.

Liked: The view was decent with the height. It was nice to have wake boards for the beach. The unit was very clean and the door pad code is excellent rather than having to worry about keys. The resort has many amenities that we didn't get time to evaluate. Beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: The only complaints we had regarding the unit we stayed in was the following... 1)weird musky odor Everytime we entered but got accustomed to while inside the apartment. 2)no kettle for making herbal tea but ended up using a saucepen. 3)smoke/monoxide detector battery was low and beaped 4)lack of towels for a family 5) no onsuite laundry 6) master shower spigot is very low and required serious hunching for people over 5'9" These are certainly not deal breakers but would have been welcome improvements!

Disliked: The building I was staying is was clearly under construction. I booked the place because of the pool and beach access. If I knew I would have to drive to these places or walk through a construction zone and around another building and parking lot I would have stayed somewhere else. It looked like they were trying to dry out the interior of the building or it was under quarantine or something. Everything was blocked off, roped off, taped off. There were huge machines in the hallways, rooms had plastic over the doors. 10/10 would NOT even consider staying again even if it were free.

Liked: I loved the closeness too the ocean. That is all too they're is nothing in walking distance. It's more of an older folks condo. NOT FAMILY ORIENTATED!!!
Disliked: There was an incident where we were attacked, as in my husband, myself, my 2 year old son even, and my best friend.. there ended up being 2 holes in the wall where we were literally fighting for my 2 year Olds safety and all the "OWNER" was worried about were the 2 holes. Was charged$1,000 for $400 worth of damages. The least the sorry pos could've done was ask if my son was OK.. Will post pics if possible. Not sure which is the owner of the actual photo but I have a pretty good idea!! N while we're at it. The sounding needs upgraded besides the 1945 furniture and super small tvs.The patio furniture is falling apart, along with the lamp shades and the fridge which the doors fall apart every time you open!! Rooms are waaaaayyyy to small for just a family of 3, my husband myself and a 2 year old. No locks on our bedroom doors either!!! Will not be staying here again. It may just be the condo we were put in but I DO NOT RECOMMEND B113!!!
