Liked: It was very clean and spacious. 4 adults and 5 kids fit perfectly. The view was great. For my family the location was good as well for what we wanted. I would definitely stay again and recommend.
Disliked: I think the white couches could be changed. With five kids and white, I was nervous. The beds could be a little more firm as well.

Disliked: A/C unit was not working properly when we arrived. There were maintenance work going on in the rental for several hours to replace the entire a/c unit that made us totally uncomfortable. The last day of our stay, we finally received the proper a/c. We could not enjoy our vacation due to all the calls we made to the rental team about the on-going issue with the a/c unit. We were not even offered to be moved to another rental while on vacation. We were very disappointed about this happening during this special time with family. I also got sick for being in the rental due to not having the proper air flow in the unit. Ended up getting a severe sinus infection.

Disliked: Room was not cleaned properly. Ridiculous cleaning fee. Using insecure method for collecting documents and personal information. Fraud transactions happening on the card used. Will never use booking.com or bigfishrentals.
