Disliked: We were given a room at the very top of the building four flights of stairs up and when I asked for a change due to me having arthritis in my hip I was told that they didn’t have any other options.the room was tacky and the decor wasn’t up to much. Window was frosted so we couldn’t see outside.The next morning we were just awake and the maid came round knocking on our door and other doors to get us up , I didn’t realise it was 10am we had to go (really too early).We were just glad to get out of it

Liked: The staff were very friendly and would be the reason I'd make a return trip.
Disliked: Basic upkeep needs improvements. Lack of attention in the room. No lamp, no full length mirror, only 1 plug socket which is located behind a set of draws low to the floor.

Liked: Comfortable and clean... excellent for the price you would struggle finding better tbh...the landlady couldn't do enough for you warm and welcoming... would definitely be back ..
Disliked: Struggling to find any things...don't do food but can get food 1 min away breakfast etc

Liked: Blackpool for a week end some where to stop bed shower toilet in room ...
Disliked: A good night's sleep toilet in room. Ps when you get wet inside..you can not control the weather

Liked: Looked ok from outside.. Nice reception and bar area. Certainly doesnt prepare you for the rest of the place.
Disliked: Where to start. Aa you leave the receptiom area and head up stairs a feeling of trepidation sets in. The bad paint job and freaky roof tiles are the first things you notice. We booked 2 rooms 1st room as soon as you open the door you notice a very basic room with an even worse paint Job. 2nd room even more basic room with even worse paint job. On further inspection the rooms were definitely not just basic they were not clean. No matress protector on beds. Beds broken with old lumpy mattress. Missmatched furniture coverrd in paint. Behind the beds and furniture was rubbish and goidness knows what else. Where to begin with the ceiling tiles they were full of holes, broken, cracked. It was quiet windy 1 night and the ceiling tiles kept blowing up we thought the roof was blowing off. Window did not close properly. No sink in bathroom. When i lifted the shower mat the shower was filthy and covered in hair. I could go on and on. If you want somewhere cheap to just lay your head then go for it. Definitely not for familys though i think my kids and grandkids are traumatised. 4 days in Blackpool may cost me a lifetime of therapy.
