Disliked: Nothing the beds was awful I've got bites on my feet all cobwebs under bed and rubbish shower was broke the bar downstairs never opend it and the owner was so rude never booking again shocking

Cheap stay, leaves a lot...

Liked: Location was good between central and south piers. Peter the host was lovely and very friendly. Was keen to ensure that we were happy and let us know where the local shop, pub and takeaways were.
Disliked: Property and rooms are very outdated and require a lot of TLC. The outside is not very inviting and looks unkept and dirty. The downstairs had a stale smell which followed up the stairs.The room we stayed in, left a lot to be desired. The bed and mattress was very old and very hard. No movement in the mattress at all. Pillows were flat and bedding was old and had a funny smell to it. Could do with decorating, the ceiling had many cracks and peeling wallpaper. Wardrobe is a fabric one and had a smell to it also. The curtains are thin and do not keep out any light, also has a stale smell. Lampshade on ceiling covered in dust. The smoke alarm was stuck to the ceiling with a plank of wood. The bathroom was small and cramped, could not really sit on toilet with door shut. Lots of mould in the bathroom.

Liked: Peter the host was great. No fuss no hassle and was really helpful. Pool table was great for the kids. Location was central to everything.
Disliked: Rooms very basic and outdated in great need of TLC.

Liked: Peter went above and beyond for us, he made accommodations to help us fit everything in we had planned for our little break away. Couldn't thank him enough, will definitely be back on our next trip up to Blackpool
