Liked: Location next to the river was excellent. Close to airport as well. View over the river was very good.
Disliked: Room was not clean. Stain on the carpet next to the bed. Stains on the carpet in the bathroom. Bed linen smelt bad. Curtains were hanging off the rails in places.

excellent facilities, staff & view...

Liked: Well the view from the 18th floor is wonderful, the food can be informally taken at the side of the restaurant so I could work & eat. The staff are very attentive & friendly. The location close to train station & airport is very convenient. There are beautiful walks along the water both north & south.
Disliked: The tap in the basin is a bit weird it is either super hard or nothing at all & it is hard to regulate where the hot or cold is ,,feels very random.. I like the view in the sauna on the 23rd floor but it is a rather cool sauna e.g it's not hot enough & there doesn't seem to be a way to increase heat.

Disliked: Too far out of the city centre, felt like we were at a conference centre, only found one good restaurant near by to eat

Disliked: I have booked deluxe number with one big bed, but in the hotel was only twins room (with two beds). I booked a room number for honeymoon, and it was too strange. I couldn’t cancel the booking because it was prepaid. Unfortunately it made our holiday worse
