If I hadn't expected a...

Liked: Location
Disliked: As for the breakfast, some of the food wasn't fresh, and there weren't enough tea cups most of the time. TV remote control and air conditioner in the room weren't working properly. Bed headboard and night tables were quite dusty. Overall, the hotel fell short of what I’d expect from a 4-star property.
