Great accommodation in perfect location

Perfect location

Liked: The hotel was in the perfect location. Quick walk to the main square. We could see the top of Tyn church from our balcony. It was very quiet inside and the bed was extremely comfortable. The best I've slept in. Nice big bathroom. The breakfast was great too. Very fresh and lots of variety. Verdi was on reception every day and it was nice to have someone there. He was very friendly, helpful and always had a smile. He is very good for the hotel. I would stay here again and definitely recommend. Thank you Verdi.
Disliked: It was a little bit dark in the kitchen area. The booking said the TV had satellite channels but there were only four channels

Liked: Perfect location, spacious rooms and big bathroom. It was ideal for us, as a family of 4.Verdi at the reception was very helpful and kind. Would definately stay there next time.

Great location, wonderful suite, great...

Liked: The suite was very spacious and comfortable. It had two separate rooms in addition to small kitchenette. The bathroom was also very large with shower, bathtub and bidet! We also loved the breakfast. ,
Disliked: Our arrival was a little confusing as the front door is locked and there isn’t always someone at the front desk. We had to call for someone to let us in. We noticed other confused arrivals.

Liked: Spacious rooms & fabulous location Very clean, modern lift & the air con was a bonus in hot weather Staff were friendly & helpful Surprisingly quiet location & comfy beds resulted in a relaxing stay

no sleep for 2 nights...

Disliked: NO AC. Paid over 300/ night for 2 nights and we sweated both night because room was over 85 degrees. Switched room and got a fan. 2nd night but no AC. See other reviews. No desk after 8 pm, no mini bar. NOT 4 star hotel.
