Comfortable stay

Liked: This hotel is located in a quiet residential suburban area, just s 5 minute walk to the tram and 3 stops from Alexanderplatz. Good quality restaurants are located on the adjacent streets, about 400-500 metre walk which was a bonus. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the hotel breakfast was good. The hotel itself is an older historic property which is in some parts is nicely decorated but some areas becoming tired and worn. There is a cute garden courtyard next to where breakfast is served. We booked a premium plus double room. Our room was disappointing as it was old and tired, in need of refurbishment.There is also no gym located at this property. The gym is located elsewhere and there is a fee to access it.
Disliked: No tea and coffee facilities in room.

Liked: Quiet, clean, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, nice little garden, friendly staff. Parking on the street or in a parking house. Three stops with the tram from Alexanderplatz.
