Myers Country Motel was very nice. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Office staff was very pleasant. Great value at an affordable price.

Liked: I had my own little "bungalow" with a porch.
Disliked: Very small shower stall.

Liked: The rooms were cabins with a nice front porch with seating. The room was spacious and very clean.
Disliked: The pillows were king of flat and too soft for my liking. I like my pillows on the firmer side.

I will be back.

Liked: Excellent location. Easy to find. Really liked the individual cottage. Clean and comfortable.

A roadside motel

Liked: It is really just a roadside budget motel. The individual single or duplex units are arranged as two arms of a U with the office/residence connecting the two. The units are separated by parking spots. You do have a lawn between the two arms. The pictures on the internet look better than my room. My room (#8) is smaller than a typical hotel room. The lighting is not adequate. I had 2 lights in the center above the headboard (Other rooms have the lights farther apart) & 1 desk light at the corner desk outside the bathroom. There is no light where the chairs are. I have the refrigerator between the chairs, not a table. No microwave; unlike all the other places where I stayed on this trip. No breakfast. Supplied coffee pack not good. The 2 chairs on every porch vary. In my case they are worn vinyl ones which I did not use. The thermostat is the ancient manual one. There are 3 old style radiators; at least they didn't make noises when heat was on. At the regular rate of under 100, it is OK. I paid more for a pre-Momorial Day stay. Route 6 is probably much busier now than when the motel was built.
Disliked: Overall set-up of the room
