Superb

We loved everything this hotel...

Liked: The best location! We loved the view from the room. Many restaurants and shops were nearby. The train station was just around the corner!
Disliked: The room temperature was not right for us. We didn’t know how to use the temperature control, we opened the window, then it was very noisy to sleep.

Great location, would recommend for...

Liked: Got given a room upgrade which was amazing, beautiful room with a view over the square. Location is spot on for exploring Lisbon. Hotel modern. Reception staff were incredibly helpful.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard for me but I still had a good sleep. Breakfast was ok, I expected more. When I arrived I was wasn't greeted and none of the food had labels on so was really hard to work it all out.

Delicious pasteis de Nata on...

Liked: The location is fantastic with the beautiful Praca do Rossio right in front (be aware that the entrance is a little tricky, hiding behind the restaurants on the pavement).I had the breakfast option, the food was very fresh, and there was lots of choice, and it was continually topped up during the service.The welcome pasteis de nata left in my room on arrival was a lovely touch and, of course, were delicious.The hotel was very conveniently located and it was an easy walk to many of the city sights.
Disliked: A limited quantity of regular tea was supplied, mainly fruit tea varieties.The bed is very comfortable but dominates the room, making it a little difficult to move around.
