With a themed décor based on Portuguese tiles the charming My Story Hotel Ouro occupies an 18th century building in the heart of the historic Baixa district of Lisbon. Superb

Liked: Great location, easy to get to by metro from airport and close to main areas of Lisbon. Room was compact but had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Very happy with the free welcome drink and pastel del nata. Staff were helpful
Disliked: If you are staying longer then you may struggle with space for your bigger cases (fine for us with Ryanair hand luggage!)Would be great if the hairdryers weren’t in the bathroom so someone could shower while the other was getting ready (v minor issue of course and wouldn’t stop us staying!)

Love the location and the...

Liked: Location is great . Central so easy to walk everywhere . Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was big enough. Toilet and shower area also big spacious. Would stay here again for sure if I were visit Lisbon again.
Disliked: More than one elevator would be better . Otherwise all is good .

Good stay for a couple...

Liked: Clean, modern & pleasant staff. Nice complementary treat, free drink, slippers & use of house coats.
Disliked: Shower was small. Buffet was not replenished at 8am when our group of 12 arrived for breakfast & very congested- couldn’t move around.
