Good value to stay there,...

Liked: The property was very clean from the check-in to the room. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed my stay here.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like is that it did not include the breakfast, however, that is something I knew going into staying there. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about the property as it was clean and in a good location.

Okay, for the price.

Liked: The price. You do get what you pay for. It was basically a small efficiency apartment. We didn't need to use the kitchen but I did ask about pots/pans, plates, utensils as there were none. I was told they provide paper plates, cups but they sell pots/pans but that it would be better to purchase them elsewhere due to the cost. They did have microwavable foods available for purchase. No free breakfast is available.
Disliked: It was outdated. The queen-size beds seemed small and were not the most comfortable.

In town for a race

Liked: I enjoyed the room, nice little kitchenette with a full size fridge. But the room had a nasty smell to it
Disliked: The smell of the room

Room was in desperate need...

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Broken tub and toilet. Clicking fridge. Pubes in bathroom. Blood smear on bedding. Charged $30 for oet fee when pet was only there 3 hours.

Quiet and nice amenities.

Liked: Definitely the young man who ran the front desk!!!!!! Helpful, accommodating, and welcoming!
Disliked: When I booked the reservation online, the description said dogs $10 extra per night.However, upon checking in we were charged $25 per night for our dog. This is misrepresentation and certainly a false statement ‼️

Exactly what we were looking...

Liked: I'm not going to lie, I think the thing I liked the most was the check-in lady who's name I cannot remember right now because it was after almost 15 hours of driving and also 2-3 in the morning. She was so kind, so funny, and even gave us a late check-out for no additional charge due to our late check-in. I don't even remember the room because all I did was sleep, shower & leave, but I will forever remember the overnight check-in gal.
Disliked: I remember pulling into the parking lot and thinking it was kind of sketchy looking, just because of where the hotel is located, but that's also because it was dark out. It's actually in a pretty decent area of Davenport and super close to a lot of things!
