Wont stay again

Liked: Staff were friendly and hotel was in a great spot for the tube and eateries.
Disliked: Breakfast was between 8-9.30 if you need to check out early or need to leave to get a tube you can only have cereal, hotel was very very hot, air conditioning did not work and fan in bathroom was not working which made if very steamy. We did have a fan in our room but did not help much.Room was very dated, needs updating and repairs made. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and you had to wait until 11am for complimentary in the dining room to start or 8am for breakfast. Which means if you are up early you then need to go out and buy a drink. TV was above my head and looked like it was going to fall. You could not watch it due to angle and height. All in all has potential to be a great hotel but needs a lot of updating doing to it and made to feel a little more welcoming and more of a hotel than a room you have rented, felt at times i was in someones house and felt uncomfortable downstairs. For the money and location i expected alot more.

Short stay for a night...

Liked: Excellent location with a good access to underground train station and many restaurants around. Tea/coffee is being served for most part of the day
Disliked: No air conditioning and breakfast served is very basic

Liked: The location of the property was good, right next to the station.Beds were comfyGood live TV
Disliked: Had to return the key everytime we left, only had one key so we couldn't keep any of the charging ports on or the fan.The shower was dreadful, had to angle to the wall to actually shower.Bath tap was coming off the wallNo air-conElevator took 2 minutes to go from floor to floor

Perfect location

Liked: The hotel was a 1 minute walk from the tube station! It’s extremely central. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything!!

It was a very convenient...

Liked: Location was excellentRoom was very good, facing out onto the back garden. Back garden and lounge area in the property were very welcome.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the room and it was unfortunately very hot while I was in London.Continental breakfast was exactly the same every day - wouldn't be difficult to vary the cereals The single bed is probably ready to be replaced - it was reasonably comfortable but had a lean to one side.

Perfect if you just sleep...

Disliked: There was no AC just two fans in the room.
