Basic but functional

Liked: Good location really close to Earl’s Court tube station . Staff were friendly and tried to resolve the issues we had . Bathroom was clean .
Disliked: Room was soo hot , no working fan / air con . Staff gave us 2 plug in fans to help . Lack of working plugs to charge phones and have the fans plugged in . Tv didn’t work . Breakfast very basic but fine , maybe a fruit bowl would be a simple but good improvement for it .

You get what you paid...

Liked: The location was very close to Earls Court tube station.Breakfast had nice fruit juices. Good price Safe and very very clean.
Disliked: The room was very hot. We were given a fan which helped but it was noisy as very close to the main road so we had to close the window and at night was very hot. Breakfast was very basic, no yoghurt or fruit.

Disappointing and uncomfortable.

Liked: Good location right on the tube doorstop and lots of places to eat nearby.
Disliked: Very hot room. Hot summer weather but no air conditioning and windows didn't open. Instant coffee made yourself at breakfast. No cold water!! The water from the cold tap was just as warm as the hot tap, which meant no drinking water in the room.

Comfortable,friendly and worth the price

Liked: Clean and the garden out the back of the building is lovely
Disliked: Beds a little old fashioned and can do with updating but are still comfortable
