It was a very convenient...

Liked: Location was excellentRoom was very good, facing out onto the back garden. Back garden and lounge area in the property were very welcome.
Disliked: No air conditioning in the room and it was unfortunately very hot while I was in London.Continental breakfast was exactly the same every day - wouldn't be difficult to vary the cereals The single bed is probably ready to be replaced - it was reasonably comfortable but had a lean to one side.

Perfect if you just sleep...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but not much variety.
Disliked: There was no AC just two fans in the room.

One night was enough

Liked: Lovely building, great location just off Earl’s Court Road.
Disliked: No tea/coffee in room but available in lounge through the day. I like a cuppa before going down for breakfast though. Room very hot and fan was very ineffective.

The most run down hotel...

Liked: We booked with location in mind. When we checked in we had to fill out loads of paperwork. The property is completely run down. There are sofas with dirty throws in the hallways. The room was ridiculous with no amenities, hot, no air conditioning… very simply and not usable. We left the property and did only receive one nights payment back. Unacceptable
