Very convenient, clean, reasonable priced...

Liked: The location was excellent, it was good value for money in this part of London, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The shower was a little difficult to manage!

Affordable & pleasant

Liked: Complimentary afternoon teas/ cakes were lovely touch.
Disliked: We couldn’t get the ceiling fan to stop unless we took the card out. There was only one accessible sockett to use.

Not as expected, really not...

Liked: The location to the tube station was good
Disliked: The room was so hot, no working air con, room SO noisy, Bath was dirty, Dust everywhere, NO toilet roll in the room, lift wasn't working when we arrived. The triple room shows three separate beds however it was a double and a single bed. Overall not as expected and wont be returning.

Excellent stay, lovely staff

Liked: Excellent stay. Ideal location when going to Chelsea Flower show and for city break
Disliked: Not a complaint just personal choice & suggestion. Hairdryer was old style attached to wall in bathroom. Sign on bathroom door saying to keep it closed as steam can trigger smoke alarms. As there was no window in bathroom. It's not ideal, cupboard like when drying hair, steamy. Easily solved though as I purchased a small travel one in Boots short walk away. Had I known the set up I'd have taken own with me. I just assumed like most places, h'dryer in main bedroom drawer etc. Apart from that great stay, lovely staff, would def return.

Disliked: Noisy not double glazed, full English not good eggs uncooked ,sausages awfull bacon tough beans tasteless no ketchup ! shame really as paid 13 pounds each and would sooner have had free continental after trying full english

Disliked: "English" breakfast didnt have pork sausage or fried bread :(

Disliked: No refrigerator at first 1 week after the check-in, it was suddenly put in my room.

Liked: Very good location. Only 2 min walking distance from the Earl’s Court station. 24-hour front desk. Cozy back garden with benches. Friendly staff. An adorable cat, Elmo, is super cute.
Disliked: Everything is pretty old and worn out. Dirty spots on the bath tub floor, a broken toilet lever, and a stinky hair dryer. The toilet seat of the room 103 has a crack that bits your back thigh. Need replacing to let customers concentrate on what they have to do. There’s a free wifi available, but for business use, it will be charged.
