Nice and clean, quiet, pleasant...

Liked: Location, very clean and new.
Disliked: Unfortunately there appeared to be some sketchy folks hanging around, some possibly living there, working on vehicle in parking lot, etc.

Absolutely will not be back

Liked: Full size refrigerator. Recliner to sit in.
Disliked: No luggage carts were available at 10:45am when I went to check out. Other than housekeepers, the only employee was sitting in the lobby eating her breakfast (very unprofessional!) and was totally unaware of the problem and totally unconcerned. When I confronted her about the missing luggage carts (after walking by her in the lobby three times as I carried things to my car), she let me know that my complaint was totally out of line and she has no responsibility to address the situation. I have spent about 12 nights at this particular My Place in the last 2 months and I will be in Vancouver several more times in the next month, but I will absolutely not be back at this motel. I also do not think it's appropriate to demand the first and last name of additional people staying in the room with me. And I think it's pretty crazy to offer a "full kitchen" in the room but have absolutely no dishes or utensils -- not even a plastic spoon to stir coffee -- but then sell utensils in the lobby. Not sure why I put up with this crap as long as i did. No luggage carts and no attempt to resolve the problem is the last straw.

Pleasant

Liked: My Place is a pleasant place to stay, even in a busy part of town.
Disliked: The room was not completely cleaned. The mattress was old, worn and very uncomfortable, felt as if we were sleeping right on the springs with a large slope on the side.
