Could’ve been way better if...

Liked: The first night when we checked in, staff was excellent the next when it was time to check out, we decided to extend our stay different desk was very rude. She was very combative stating that if we didn’t pay ahead of time or book the third-party the rates would go up $100 said we had to do it immediately. Come back in 15 minutes to go ahead and let her know we were going to stay and the rates were raised up by $100 so we had to hurry up and get our things and get out very unpleasant and very unprofessional.
Disliked: It was convenient and close to the freeway

Liked: Welcoming, very clean, quiet, close to restaurants, stores, movie theater, etc. Close to museums, zoos, and other attractions. Staff was great, very helpful.
Disliked: Only missing items needed were soap for the sink and kleenex.
