Sunrise in Tucson

Liked: There is an excellent patio with grilling stations as well as tables and seating for 8.Beautiful sunrise from our east side room, wish I had requested top floor.
Disliked: No dedicated ice machine, but a full size refrigerator in each room with an ice maker.

Overall good and will stay...

Liked: It’s nice clean and comfortable. Managers are great. We love that we can bring our pet. Beds are super comfortable.
Disliked: My room was a missing a big mirror in bathroom door. We had roof leak during our stay and had to move rooms, which was huge inconvenience. Also lack of additional tissue paper and some staff was short with us, so not good customer service skills.

Liked: It was comfortable, there’s a lot of stores and restaurants nearby, the staff was nice, the room was clean, not fully but it was fine, definitely coming back!!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was good

Ok, but not great

Liked: The room was nice overall and clean. Staff was friendly. Building was clearly newer and was in good shape.
Disliked: The bed was stated on the site as a queen, but it was more like a full-size making for crammed, uncomfortable sleeping. The lone elevator was often occupied by staff. The "breakfast" was not at all what was expected (pic makes it seem as if it's kitchen made, but it's all packaged and costs extra). Our room keys were also deactivated a day before our check-out date. The ice machine in the freezer never did start working even after being turned off and on a couple times.
