Liked: That I don't have bugs.
Disliked: Room service was provided every 14 days. The first time they came, they took a set of my towels. The second time, 14 days later, they took all the towels. I bought my own. Unfortunately, I am still here. This hotel is a nightmare, and this town is a nightmare. I won't ever be back.

Not very comfortable, no chair...

Liked: It was close to my daughter, I was there to recoup from a back surgery and needed her help.
Disliked: You’re supposed to take out your own garbage, you have to trade in your dirty towels for fresh ones which means you don’t get to have more towels if you need them, there was NOTHING in the kitchenette. No utensils, dishes, cookware, just bare cupboards and drawers.

Liked: Cool staff treat you like family
Disliked: Nothing

It was okay.

Liked: Breakfast was to be included in our stay at the time of booking however, upon arriving, after traveling 1600 miles, it was not an included amenity at this time due to what they said was "corporate change".
Disliked: The hotel was out of toilet paper one entire day, no clean towels were available on several days during our 6-night stay. The first two nights there was partying going on into the wee hours of the night. We addressed each of these issues with the hotel staff during our stay.

Liked: Location was awesome 5 minutes from the race track and the casino
Disliked: My son would have liked a pool available but he liked it still

Liked: The barbeque outside was a lovely facility. The location was very nice. Quiet and clean
Disliked: It is now the third year in a row that we have stayed at the hotel. The business center has not been operational once. This time, we stayed for 10 nights and needed the printer for our correspondence, but the printer was never fixed. Surely, if management was serious about service it could be fixed. The wifi kept turning on and off and was a big frustration.
