Good central location to see...

Liked: Location- was a good central location to check out different areas from Deadwood, Custer, Hot Springs etc
Disliked: Housekeeping never cleaned room and I was there for 4 nights. Shampoo and soap dispenser was empty

Liked: The room they tried putting us in had not been clean. They didn’t have any other rooms available that fit our needs. So we DID NOT STAY.

NO pots & pans or...

Liked: Overall, a nice and comfortable property, well-maintained, well-located, and well-priced.
Disliked: Zero items to use in the kitchen (NO pots/pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, spatula - NOTHING!). When they advertised they had a kitchen with a 2-burner stovetop, we never expected to need to ask if there were pots and pans, etc to use in the kitchen! There was not even an attempt to supply any of these items, and when we asked at the front desk we were told they had some items we could purchase. The kitchen was the sole reason we chose this place! Bed was uncomfortable as well.

Liked: Everything is wonderful! the entire staff has been incredible esp Steve, the entire front desk staff as well as the head house keeper have been so kind, helpful and accommodating!
