Liked: Good location for my needs.
Disliked: Check-In staff couldn't figure out that I paid through Booking.com, despite me showing them the paid for reservation, and tried to charge me again. Said I'd have to wait for manager to come in 15-30 min later. I wasn't pleased as we had just arrived on a redeye and needed to get ready for a funeral. She came back 10 min later and had figured it out, but tried to blame me for the lack of coordination of their system. When I explained to them that it's not my job to teach them how to find their business partner's info in their accounting system, they were rude. Also, housekeeping only comes every 4 days as it's an extended stay hotel.
