Superb

We never would have booked...

Liked: Ground floor room
Disliked: We had no maid service which also meant no coffee in the tiny coffee maker after the first day. No towels change. The tv was so old there was no channel guide and behind the screen was a bright light that was shining OUT FROM THE TV! Extremely distracting. The desk clerk tried to explain it as "radiation"???

Disliked: The guy on night was rude and racist!

Disliked: Didn’t find on booking.com any information that there is no dishes or any cooking utensils. You have to buy it or bring it. Would be very helpful if the hotel had this information written more clearly, so people know. I didn’t see it while booking.
