Liked: Front desk staff very helpful
Disliked: Misleading advertised as "fully equipped kitchen." It has appliances and NOTHING else. No cups, plates, spoons ,silverware, pots, etc. Had to ask for plates and was given 2 paper plates, and 2 sets of plastic knife and fork. In the morning we had cereal to eat (they sell on site) and when asking for spoons, I was offered forks! Asked again and was offered one plastic spoon and had to ask for a second. In the first room we were sent to, we opened the door and saw underwear on the floor and an unmade bed, plus the bathroom was dirty. When reported to front desk, was asked to go with desk clerk to show them as they had been told it was cleaned. Not sure they believed me until they saw it for themselves. Second room was set up, and looked clean. Front desk staff were apologetic and embarrassed once the situation was seen.

Warning! NO dishes, utensils, or...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the location was great.
Disliked: NO dishes, NO utensils, NO cookware! The "kitchenette" had a 2 burner stove top, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and toaster - Yet there were NO dishes, utensils, or cookware. We were told we should have brought these items with us or could PURCHASE from Walmart or from the hotel (extremely overpriced)! We make this trip from out of state (700 miles away) often and have stayed at several properties with kitchen facilities, which typically provide at the minimum a few dishes and forks/spoons, and if they had a cooktop - at least one pan. I heard other guests also complaining about the inconvenience and extra expense this caused.

Comfortable visit.

Disliked: The room was exceptionally clean, but the hallway carpet needed attention.
