Liked: Staff was great and beds were awesome and so was the shower. Everything super clean
Disliked: Need to be more clear about the breakfast. It is NOT included and is just grab stuff out of a cooler. It is not laid out like normal continental breakfast.

Somewhat unhappy with My Place

Liked: Property is in a great location; close to necessities. Overall, it was what I would expect from My Place hotels. Staff were pleasant. We had 2 little dogs and staff were accommodating. Clean towels, beds, room in general. Most things were right up to par which is why we search out My Place hotels whenever we travel. This one even had a grilling area outside with seating. To be honest, I’d have given them a 10, but….
Disliked: This is the first time I have ever had a negative to write about. The toilet clogged on the first use and we were given a sink plunger. It worked, but took longer than if we’d be given the actual toilet plunger. The shower could barely be turned on as the faucet handle was broken. This is a new hotel. If they cleaned the tub, why didn’t it get reported and fixed? The freezer had a leftover bag of ice in it from a previous stay. Eeww. We paid 3 times what others had due to our stay being during the eclipse. The price gouging, by all corps, is getting ridiculous.
