Liked: Property is fine. The problem I had is that my reservation was for 2 queen beds. You sent me confirmation of that. However, the hotel says that you changed the reservation to a single twin. I had to sleep on the floor. Hotel insists the change was not made by it. I was charged for the 2 queen room and expect to be reimbursed by you.

Liked: The front desk staff was nice and tried to help, but there was no manager on duty
Disliked: Pot smell EVERYWHERE. Even woke me up in the middle of the night. I felt so nauseous from the smell. One room smelled like pet urine. There was an entire apartment complex staying there because their apt building was being rennovated. The people were just walking around in and out in their slippers, pets everywhere, smoking outside constantly, I didn’t feel safe and it was gross.

We loved this hotel, and...

Liked: I loved the r fact that it had home-style appliances, and the recliner was a very nice touch! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower had amazing water pressure!
Disliked: We were not impressed to find there was no continental breakfast, but ate nearby.

Liked: This was a handicap room with a walk in shower which was great.
Disliked: No free breakfast.
