Terrible facility Do not stay...

Disliked: Toilet wouldn't flush and the sink wouldn't drain. The safety latches on the door didn't work and we were moved to another room and the safety latches were not aligned so that they didn't work either. This is advertised as a extended stay hotel, and has a complete kitchen as far as appliances but no utensils, glasses, dishes-anything you would find at a true extended stay. When we asked at the front desk for spoons and a bowl as we got cereal for breakfast, they said we could purchase a ceramic bowl for $3 each. The other guests were labeled as transients by the night manager and in a non-smoking facility there was smoke smell everywhere. The other guests were slamming doors and talking in the hallways late into the night. We did not feel safe at this facility and tried to cancel this stay (we had stayed on April 11th on a different booking and experienced all of the mentioned events on that booking) after finding out what a dump this is and they only let us have one night's fee removed on the 3 rooms we booked thinking this was a 8.4 facility instead of a 1.0 facility. Do not stay here. Ended up having to pay over $500 dollars for a place that is not as advertised.

Liked: Location was excellent. Front desk ladies were very accommodating and friendly. Also very knowledgeable about the area.
Disliked: Apparently there was a young ladies sporting event taking place. A bunch of the girls and moms were up all hours of the night talking and laughing in the hallway. They were also loud enough even when they went into their rooms it didn't help.
