My Place Hotel-Dahlgren/King George VA

Highly recommend and will stay...

Liked: Very clean
Disliked: If they offered a small continental breakfast, that would be great! Even pastries would be great addition with the coffee.

Overall, it’s a good place...

Liked: The location was convenient to get to the main road. There are plenty of stores & restaurants in the area. Also, the room had a two-burner stove and a full-sized refrigerator, which would have been a great bonus if we had stayed more than one night.
Disliked: Overall the room was clean and big. I did notice, in the morning when I showered, that the exhaust fan cover had a lot of dust on it. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Liked: I had upgraded my room to two queen beds. They gave me a room with one queen bed that was 389 but the room that I paid for was 489.

The Stay was Ok

Liked: Front desk reception was very accommodating.
Disliked: That the lamp and the charging station placed on the lamp for convenience did not work.And that two housekeepers that were coming up the hallway and as I peeked out of my room. One made an unnecessary statement to "don't be peeking down the hallway" then she went into an office or room. I was only looking down the hallway to see if anyone had put a basket in the hallway for fresh towels. As I wanted to as well. And there was a young man in the hallway vacuuming and I wanted to ask if it was OK to do so.To those two ladies that thought that comment was cute or funny.Find a different job, maybe that one is not for you. Maybe something in Corrections would be better suited.
