Liked: The location was great and the price is right. Facilities were newish and beds were comfortable
Disliked: I have never heard hospitality staff speak to guests in such an unprofessional manner in all of my traveling. I rarely complain or write reviews but this requires stating. Do not expect to be treated like you’re staying at a hotel. My observation of how they spoke to other guests as well as my family absolutely blew my mind. It’s not what you say but how you say it, people. Guests have a right to speak up if something isn’t working or something wasn’t explained well and doesn’t meet their expectations. Some times language is a barrier. This doesn’t give anyone the right to speak down to a guest because they don’t understand or disagree with a policy that is not clearly stated. How am I supposed to know that my family of 5 can only have 4 towels at a time and need to turn one in or share? That’s weird. If food is smeared on the AC unit when we check in and you say you’ll have someone clean the food off the furniture in their “clean” room, then do it. Don’t make me tell you at check out that it’s still there 3 days later because I fear I’ll be charged for something I didn’t do. We come to you to try to make something right. Try to make it right or try to explain kindly what can be done instead. The morning front desk crew and manager were great and at least made an effort to make up for things.

Disliked: I stayed 3 days and never took out trash. Oh, changed towels. And we were out light for 5 hours

Disliked: Air Conditioner of room 212 was not working and making loud noise because of which we were not able to sleep, could not get time to report it to receptionist, otherwise everything was good

Disliked: The place has the potential to be a nice place . But very rude staff and during the day they are more worried about their needs than the customers need who pay their bills so if u sleep in the day not the place to be . A lot of road traffic noise . For the price it’s better to go next door to the Hampton inn and suites . Much more comfort and care

Liked: Location and they accepted pets.
Disliked: They had a small stove, but no pots, pans, dishes or glasses. The staff, when you could find them, were pleasant. There was only rock on the outside, no grass for pets.
