Couldn’t get out fast enough,...

Disliked: This place isn’t for us. Upon entering, the door looks like it has been kicked in. The door adjoining the next room has no handle or way to lock it. There was a spider on my bed and I killed it. My granddaughter got bit by something around 12:15 am and she couldn’t sleep. We could hear every step above us and we could hear someone’s music. I thought it was my granddaughters. We could hear every toilet flush and water running as if it was in our room. We would like to get our money back immediately and I will be moving to another hotel in the morning. I stayed here once with my son and it was okay. This is not okay. Can you help?

Liked: Good value for the money.
Disliked: The receptionist has an attitude. I had requested a top floor room on the website well in advance and she told me that I needed to call at 3pm the day I was arriving to get my request. Not happy with her answer.
