My Place Hotel-Bozeman MT

Will never book here again!

Liked: They over booked the hotel and moved me to the Quality Inn on Wheat. My place is a 3-star in better location. Quality Inn is a 2-star less convenient location. They never called me nor left a voicemail and when I arrived, they informed me that they over booked and had to move people to other hotels. Will never book there again.
Disliked: Rude front desk staff—

My new word.... FANTABULOUS!!!!

Liked: The staff went above and beyond. They got our room ready very early to meet our time lines. They smiled, they were super friendly and over all accommodating. The room was so great and the bathroom was top notch...very impressing. Max and Kylie worked hard and the morning staff was just as wonderful. We do a lot of work in Bozeman and we will always book our room with My Place.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little confusing.

Liked: Close to costco, bozeman and the airport. Strong air conditioner.
Disliked: We didn't get the requested double bed rooms, instead both rooms only had 1 bed in them. The kitchen had 0 tools. What's the point of a stove where the hotel doesn't even provide a pan?????

Liked: Price was great, staff was friendly, hotel was VERY clean and the location was convenient. There was plenty of coffee available and the quick breakfast options provided for purchase we great for what we needed.
Disliked: I think they must have too many king beds? The staff and booking really pushed a king bed for 3 people (2 adults plus a 13 yr old). I heard several offers for a king for 3 adults to other guests as well. The beds were not as comfy as I would have liked - seemed very firm. I believe the temp was controlled by motion. We had a horrible time regulating the temp at night. We had the AC on and it would get so hot, someone would wake up because of the heat, go to the bathroom, the ac would kick on and get cold for a bit then get hot. It was frustrating and did not provide a rested sleep. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE NEVER CONTACTED THE FRONT DESK ABOUT THIS ISSUE SO IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY SOLVED

We checked in at 2:30am...

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean room
Disliked: People were rude, slamming doors and yelling very early in the morning, no breakfast unless you pay extra.
