Liked: Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean and nice. Perfectly located in Nampa.
Disliked: The one thing I didn't like is that they only have 1 luggage cart for the whole hotel. They at least need 2 more. One of the staff members told me she's suggested many times to management that they should buy more, but she's been ignored. MANAGEMENT - Get more carts. Your hotel only has 1 and that's not enough. Especially if a selfish guest uses the one and then decides not to take it downstairs for others to use.

Great room for a long...

Liked: Great room for a low price. No events were going on at the Idaho Center so we benefited from the bargain price. Room had complete kitchen with full size fridge. There were no dishes or pots and pans. If you came here regularly you'd handle that on their own. You could buy specific utensils in the lobby. Good wifi, good tv good desk for work or study. great room arrangement.
