Disliked: we booked a room for 3 people, the room clearly stated it fits up to 4 people. However, upon arrival we were told that the room has 1 queen bed only, no other rooms were avaialable and no cot was available either. The 3rd person slept on the floor. The receptionist was helpful to try to accommodate (gave blankets and extra pillow), however she also took our frustration very personally and became very defensive and kept telling me to talk to the manager next day when I brought up the fact that the information on their direct hotel site and on booking.com is wrong. I believe we should have been given a discount, we did not pay for the room so that one person sleeps on the floor. The company needs to fix their data on their direct website and so that it doesn't feed into the 3rd party website incorrectly

Liked: Organized, clean, great appearance.
Disliked: Breakfast brought to room in bag with a small charge was kinda funky. Bruised apple, dry burrito.

No good wifi

Disliked: Wifi didn't work well and we needed it for business. Air controls would not get very cold.

Very disappointing and very expensive...

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: I checked in and the first room I was given smelled like rotten milk so I went back to the front desk and requested a different room. Second room was a bit better that didn’t smell as bad. It’s a very basic hotel with zero amenities. Way overpriced and no activities for families. Very disappointing. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I should’ve paid a bit more money to stay at the Hilton or Marriott. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
