A great basic hotel

Liked: We are simple travelers to Bend and wanted easy access to the mountain and places to eat. This fit the bill. The room was clean and we liked having a full size refrigerator to keep the ice in our cooler cold for the journey home.
Disliked: We didn't have any complaints as we just wanted a clean place to sleep after skiing.

Be Careful, they charge you...

Liked: Hotel is nice. Have stayed here several times, but this time they charged more than room was booked for through booking.com. The room rate showed a resort credit, which they did NOT apply. Followed up with them 3 times, but they do NOT respond!
Disliked: They did not charge rate which room was booked at, and did not respond to 3 requests on this. However, they sure do continue to send you notifications to rate them.
