Disliked: Didnt realize you needed to provide a heads up for shuttle prior to arrival

Liked: The hotel room was clean, modern and spacious. The kitchenette had a fridge, microwave and hob however no cutlery, crockery or pans were provided. Paper plates and plastic cutlery are provided at the reception desk. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The day staff was not nice I needed to get the cart the lady said all you do is go back an forth back an forth I had no key to come back in with the cart to take all my language out to my ride I had to go looking for a cart to check out the manager told me to take my luggage down one at a time I gotta check out by 11 she told me
