Disliked: Too simplistic for the price:No kettle/coffee machine in the roomThe only toiletries available were soap and a shampoo sachetTiny single bedThe whole building, including the room, smells cigarettes, really weirdVery noisy during the morning, impossible to sleepThe hair dryer is useless due to low potencyBreakfast has very few options, not appealing at all - we didn't want to eat there not even onceI'm not sure if it's a cultural thing, but the staff doesn't seem welcoming or hospitable. Expect Yes/No answers rather than professional and elaborated ones

Liked: Good value in terms of price. Location was moderately convenient (on a tram stop leading to the main train station and Prague 1).
Disliked: The elevator leading to the fifth floor actually stopped at a place where you needed to walk up a set of steps to get there. I also wish there were a direct route to the airport. Breakfast buffet was frankly not good.
