Liked: Dinner was good but costly. Staff was helpful arranging a second night. Helping with a faulty room safe, needs repair. Three highland Coos on property absolutely delightful!! Bar was good. Staff everywhere was fantastic!
Disliked: Would prefer a choice of a light continental breakfast.

Liked: Staff were good and so was breakfast. We were upgraded, so not sure what original room was like. Water pressure & shower were very good.
Disliked: Definitely air conditioning or at least fans. Shower cubicle falling apart.Didn’t like being directly over a wedding celebration. We were moved for one night. No compensation.

Liked: Staff were very polite and welcoming Beautiful setting all though maybe a 15 min walk to beach
Disliked: Some parts of hotel beautifuly done ,some parts needing upgraded ,our room was very clean ,traditional furniture but bathroom definitely needing upgraded ,bar didn't do cocktails and I forgot my phone charger and reception no chargers ,the seaguls were a problem in our garden facing room back of 11 at night still very noisey !!!!!! Spikes on roof might help ,so had to close all windows which made room very warm ,

Value for money overnight stay...

Liked: Breakfast and overall staff and customer service was great. We got an upgrade on our room which was a nice touch.
Disliked: Room and hotel overall a little dated and tired.

Liked: Stuff was nice, they are doing great job despite the place and management.
Disliked: Be careful, photos don't match the place at all. Rooms were very old, plenty of dust and mold in bathrooms. Very very expensive for the comfort they are offering. There are plenty of better places nearby. Nothing interesting nearby. Hotel's restaurant and bar were closed.
