Liked: Breakfast was nice.Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Asked for early check in for elderly parents by phone and on the day. Other customers rooms were ready but we had to wait. The staff were polite but didn't really help. Was disheartening to see elderly parents who had travelled from Gloucester so exhausted and unable to freshen up prior to a family party. Other people were coming in and checking in.Tables were chipped in breakfast roomTV was hanging off the wall, bracket was broken. Light fittings were full of dust. Generally dusty.The two bedside lamps were hanging off the wall, fitted with one screw instead of two.Public toilets had gunk in the toilet brush. Decor was gawdy but dirty and dusty

Liked: The pool was great! Lovely temperature. Same as the jacuzzi.
Disliked: Checkout later than 11am is chargeable at £10/ hour.

Won’t stay there again

Disliked: Rooms was old and and rundown dirty did not look like the pictures

Relax and Recharge

Liked: Great friendly staff, nice grounds,good breakfast easy to relax while there.
Disliked: Nothing, but it is looking a bit tired now and the shower wasn't the hottest.

Liked: I loved the pool and the food at the restaurant is always excellent
Disliked: The mattress was not that great , it dipped on the one side , luckily I only slept on the one side , also the WiFi was not very strong , kept dipping
