Liked: Staff are very friendly and the speed of service was brilliant. Quality of sausages and bacon on the breakfast buffet were superb. Evening meal was very good standard. The spa is very relaxing and spacious and the quality of massage was amazing.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, I would said in generally the hotel is a bit tired and in need of some uplift/refurbishment in some areas, especially our bedroom.
