Could of been better

Liked: Good location
Disliked: In need of some T.L.C. Patio area was filthy had clearly not been cleaned for a while. The Receptionist Thursday morning was very rude

Disappointing

Liked: Swimming pool and location
Disliked: Upon arrival we were disappointed in how the room smelt awful and didn’t feel very clean. We had to wear flip flops around the room as the floor was not clean. Our first night was awful, could hear everything and the mattress was uncomfortable. I complained and managed to get a nicer room for our final night.

We enjoyed it

Liked: Friendly Staff and very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Disliked: Reception staff didn't seem to know about the spa deal we bought book one add another for half price.The member of staff ,I believe the manager ,of the swimming pools needs to.learn how to deal with customers in a polite manner.
